The Samshield 2.0 model has been improved in many ways:

• The fit has been changed so that the helmet sits deeper on the head and closes slightly lower at the back to provide optimal safety
• An extra ventilation grille has been added to the rear, providing the helmet with increased air circulation
• The chin strap is integrated into the shell for a better fit around the head, and the opening for the ears has been improved so that it no longer presses against them
• The chin strap is more refined
• There is now only one type of chin strap; there is no longer a distinction between dressage or standard. Naturally, the development of the Samshield 2.0 helmet considered dressage riders competing in shows, so wearing a bun with this helmet is perfectly fine
• The trim is 3D, meaning there is no interruption at the ventilation grilles; for orders with the Full Swarovski option, there are now 300 crystals instead of 255
• The Samshield 2.0 helmets are also available in an XL shell, which goes up to size 64

The outer shell of this Samshield 2.0 Shadowglossy with Alcantara top and Crystal Fabric blazon is made of polycarbonate, a material also used for motorcycle helmets. The helmet is covered with a scratch-resistant coating. Various shells are available (S, M, L, and XL). Each shell is suitable for 4 to 5 liner sizes, ensuring an optimal fit for the head. The liners are available in sizes 52 through 64. This system also allows the helmet to grow along with younger riders. The interchangeable inner liners feature a clip system, making them easy to remove for washing (max. 30° C).
