Every rider has a unique head shape. At Samshield, we are committed to embracing all types of profiles, both in terms of comfort and safety. That is why we have the Round Liner 2.0, the Shadow Liner, and the Premium Liner.
Round Liner: Specifically designed for round heads, ensuring a precise fit and optimal support.
Shadow Liner: Ideal for oval to standard head shapes, offering an excellent balance between support and comfort.
Premium Liner: Suitable for standard head shapes, maximizing ventilation for improved breathability.
The Samshield VG-1 sizing system consists of 3 different shells that are suitable for the various sizes of liners; below you can see which liner sizes fit the different Samshield shells.
- Samshield helmet shell S is suitable for a liner of size 52 to 56
- Samshield helmet shell M is suitable for a liner of size 55 to 58
- Samshield helmet shell L is suitable for a liner of size 57 to 61
Please note:
- Sizes 55 and 56 are available for both an S shell and an M shell.
- Sizes 57 and 58 are available for both an M shell and an L shell.

If you order before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes a maximum of 1 to 3 working days. We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Are you from Belgium? Then your order will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
Collection at our store in Holten is also possible.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95. For orders over €59, you do not pay any shipping costs.
The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are €9.95.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt (at your own expense) using the completed return form included with your shipment.
Custom-made items that have been assembled according to the customer's wishes cannot be returned.
